Q. When can I get the product?

A. On average, it takes 5 to 7 days to prepare the product and 5 to 7 days to deliver the order.
Please note that warehousing may be delayed depending on the quantity of each product or product purchased.

Q. How can i measure the shipping cost?

Q. How can I track the delivery?

A. You can track your shipment by clicking Log In > Check Order History > Confirm Shipping Number.

Q. How can i modify the delivery information?

A. Confirm Order > Ordering a product > Product preparation > International Logistics Center Shipment > Overseas delivery > Customs clearance > Shipping to address

Q. What should I do when customs duties occur?

A. In [09WOMEN], the purchased product is shipped from Korea by overseas delivery, so tariffs and VAT may occur upon receipt.

Since the amount of customs duties and VAT is confirmed in customs clearance, it can't be confirmed in advance, and [09WOMEN] is We cannot be responsible for the occurrence of tariffs.

The recipient must pay directly.

* If you refuse to receive or request a return due to the burden of customs duties, you will be refunded after returning the product and deducting the domestic shipping cost.

Q. I'd like to want to make an additional purchase before start delivery. What should I do?

Regarding delivery
